If you aren’t getting the results you want in the gym, there are a few reasons why:
- Your workout routine sucks
- You’re doing the wrong exercises
- Your diet strategy sucks
- You read conflicting advice from hundreds of sources
- You aren’t consistent
Simply showing up to the gym every day isn’t good enough.
Sure, it’s better than sitting on the couch wishing you had a better body. But if you’re not following a proven strategy that has worked for thousands of other people, it’s like following a map with no idea where the treasure is or how to get there.
For years, I spent hours and hours reading hundreds of articles. Following the advice from any fitness website claiming they had the best workout routine but with no actual proof to back it up.
My goals would constantly change, I gained a little bit of muscle over the years (mostly fat), and I would eat whatever foods I wanted as long as I hit the gym.
It took me 3 years to finally figure it out.
So what happened?
Greg O’Gallagher (the founder of Kinobody) spent his entire life looking for the best way to build muscle and burn fat. He spent years trying different workout routines, researching and experimenting with his body — until he finally figured it out.
Enter the Greek God Program
Most workout routines will tell you to focus on lighter weights and tons of reps.
This is why you aren’t getting the results you want.
You’re using the wrong weights, with the wrong exercises, and you’re not eating properly to maximize muscle growth.
Reverse Pyramid Training
While lighter weights and lots of reps (standard pyramid training) do have their purpose, that’s for bodybuilders who have been in the gyms for years.
Reverse pyramid training is ideal for beginners. Since it focuses on a rep scheme of 4-8, you end up building muscle and gaining strength at the exact same time.
With standard pyramid training — and many beginner routines — you’re told to use a weight you can do 10 reps with. This is great if you’re building endurance, but even if you did this for months, your body composition wouldn’t have changed all that much.
The beauty of the Revere Pyramid is — since you’re using heavier weights, your body has no choice but to get stronger and grow.
Not all exercises are created equal
Another mistake beginners make is they’re focusing on the wrong exercises. With so many fitness experts telling you the “best” exercises to do, it’s hard to know which ones are the most beneficial.
Compound exercises. Isolation exercises. Which ones should you do for which body part?
The answer is: It depends. Some muscle groups respond very well to one versus the other.
Another thing most people never consider is how the exercise affects how the muscle ultimately look. They end up with big muscles, but they’re honestly pretty ugly.
You’re eating wrong
With the rise of all these trendy diets, which one is the best or most effective?
I’ve tried paleo, keto, the steak and eggs diet, vegetarian etc.
The truth is… they all work
The one thing that none of these diets factor in (and what ultimately determines if you gain or lose weight) is how much you’re actually eating.
There’s a certain amount of calories you’re supposed to eat in a day if you want to stay the same weight. Eat more than that, and you gain weight. Eat less, and you lose weight.
To get predictable and consistent results, you have to track how much you eat.
You also have to hit your macronutrients for the day – Carbs, Protein, and Fat. These are what every single food is made out of and what actually shapes the way your body looks.
Also, carbs aren’t bad for you or make you fat.
So what is this mysterious Greek God Program?
Here’s what you get with the Greek God Program:
- Ultimate Kinobody Physique – You’ll learn what the ultimate physique is, and how to build it

Let’s Do a Recap
What is it?
The Kinobody Greek God Program is an easy-to-follow training program that focuses on reverse pyramid training.
Who is it for?
People with an average build (see below) who want the Hollywood look — without spending all their time in the gym. The main workout is around 30 – 45 minutes long, with the more advanced workouts lasting about an hour.
What if that isn’t my current body type?
How long until I see results?
A month if you’re consistent. I’m about 6 months in so far and still have plenty of room to grow.
How long do I stick with it?
At least 6 months. But you can keep progressing for an entire year on this program.
What if I’m not strong?
This program is what will make you strong. My other recommendation (that’s free) is to download the Stronglifts 5×5 app.
Stronglifts is a beginner program that only consists of 5 total exercises. Its dead simple and will get you strong, fast. The only downside is that it makes you bulky like a powerlifter.
Unless that’s your goal, then by all means.
What if I’m fat?
Building muscle from a lean starting point not only looks better, but you’ll be able to see the results every single week which will motivate you to keep going.
Why is it so expensive/cheap?
Over 145,000+ people have taken the Kinobody programs. Greg’s goal is to reach 1+ million people, so every program is set at a reasonable price (about the price of a tub of protein) and offer a ton of value.
Is this legit?
Google “Kinobody transformation” and see for yourself. Oh yeah… There’s also a Facebook group with over 25,000+ members!
Why should I buy this program over other programs?
The short answer: It works.
The long answer: If you aren’t seeing results in the gym, its because you’re following the wrong program. of science has gone into this to achieve the ideal routine, diet, and results.
